Conditions of admission and stay

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or his representative. The latter is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal regulations are respected.

The fact of staying on the campsite implies the acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.

No one may take up residence on the campsite.

Police formalities

Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from their parents.

In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right to Asylum, the manager is required to have the foreign client fill out and sign an individual police form upon arrival. It must mention in particular:

  1. The surname and first names;
  2. The date and place of birth;
  3. The nationality;
  4. The usual domicile;

Children under the age of 15 may be listed on the record of either parent.

Installation

The outdoor accommodation and associated equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

Reception desk

Open from 8H30 to 12H30 and from 14H to 19H00. In high season, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.

At the reception desk you will find all the information about the services of the campground, information about the possibilities of refreshment, sports facilities, tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses that may be useful.

A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.

Display

These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campground and at the reception desk. It is given to each client who requests it.

For classified campgrounds, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.

The prices of the various services are communicated to the customers under the conditions fixed by order of the minister in charge of consumption and can be consulted at the reception.

Terms of departure

Guests are asked to notify the front desk of their departure the day before. Clients intending to leave before the reception desk opens must make payment for their stay the day before.

Noise and silence

Guests are asked to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbors.

Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks should be closed as quietly as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left unattended. They must not be left in the campground, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.

The manager ensures the peace and quiet of his clients by setting times during which there must be complete silence.

Visitors

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers receiving them.

The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be posted at the entrance to the campground and at the reception desk.

Visitors’ cars are not allowed in the campground.

Traffic and parking of vehicles

Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a limited speed.

Traffic is allowed from 7:45 am to 10:30 pm.

Only vehicles belonging to campers staying in the campground may circulate in the campground. Parking is strictly forbidden on the sites usually occupied by the accommodations unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not hinder traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

Maintenance and appearance of the facilities

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground and its facilities, especially sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters.

Clients must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.

Household garbage, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the garbage cans.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.

Laundry will be hung in the common dryer, if necessary. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. in the vicinity of the accommodations, on the condition that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be done from the trees.

Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to put nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations.

It is not permitted to mark the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campground will be charged to the person responsible.

The site used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it upon arrival.

Security

  1. Fire
    Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in unsafe conditions.

    In case of fire, notify the management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary.

    A first aid kit is located at the front desk.

  2. Theft
    Management is responsible for items left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. The camper retains responsibility for his or her own facility and must report the presence of any suspicious persons to the manager. Guests are asked to take the usual precautions for the safeguarding of their equipment.

Games

No violent or disruptive games may be played near the facilities.

The meeting room may not be used for boisterous games.

Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

Dead garage

It will be possible to leave unoccupied equipment on the site, only with the agreement of the management and only at the indicated location. This service can be paid for.

Violation of the internal regulations

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance.

In case of serious or repeated infringement of the rules and regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, he may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the forces of law and order.

Special Conditions:

  • 2.1. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written permission from them and after authorization from the manager or his representative.
  • 8.1. The presence of visitors in the campsite is allowed between 10H and 21H.
  • 10.1. The cleaning of vehicles is strictly prohibited in the campsite.
  • 10.2. Paper, plastic and glass waste must be deposited in the selective sorting containers provided for this purpose. No waste should be deposited outside these garbage cans and containers. Bulky items may NOT be stored next to or in the trash cans and containers.
    • a) Barbecues must be turned off at 10:00 pm. L’usage des barbecues jetables est strictement interdit.

Animals

Pet owners must present their vaccination records upon arrival.

No droppings are tolerated in the campsite or must be immediately collected by the owner of the animal under penalty of exclusion.
